Scope of Service: Design and Approval of Civil Defense Plans:
Risk Analysis: Potential risks that the site may face are assessed based on the building type, its location, and nearby activities. Risks such as fires, earthquakes, floods, collapses, and others are identified.
Needs Assessment: An assessment of the specific needs of the site and building is conducted, including the number of occupants, infrastructure, existing alarm and evacuation systems, and access to emergency services.
Evacuation Plan Design: Detailed plans are designed to evacuate individuals from the building safely and quickly in emergencies. This includes identifying escape routes, distributing assembly points, and providing clear instructions and signage.
Firefighting Plan Design: This involves designing an effective firefighting system that includes early warning devices, water or gas sprinkler systems, and portable fire extinguishers. Safe escape routes and appropriate signage must also be available.
Rescue Plan Design: This includes designing plans for handling collapses or other incidents that may require rescue operations, including identifying gathering areas and providing the necessary rescue equipment.
Training and Awareness: All building occupants must be trained on the Civil Defense plans and how to act in emergency situations. This includes education on using alarm devices, first aid, and evacuating the building safely.
Plan Approval: The designed plans are sent to the competent Civil Defense authorities for approval, where they are verified for compliance with local and international standards and legislation.
